• GRR1944 spectrum, 4 K; transmission spectrum through deep green, polycrystalline, moderately turbid variscite from Farifield, Utah, USA.   Plotted as 0.60 mm thick. The deep green color of this material comes from predominantly V³⁺. Data Files: polycrystalline, 23 K.  Variscite picture, 13 K.
