| Infrared spectra are obtained with a Thermo-Nicolet 860 FTIR which has the appropriate accessories to go from 25,000 cm-1 to 50 cm-1. We are equipped with an Continmum Infrared Microscope for microsamples. Ous system has a selection of beam splitters and detectors to optimally cover the range from 10,000 cm-1 to 50 cm-1. They include Si, InGaAs, InSb, MCT, MCT-wide, and DTGS detectors, SiO2, CaF2, KBr, and multi-layer Far-IR beamsplitters. | |
