• Chloritoid spectrum, GRR 2341; associated with diaspore from Selçuk, Mugla Province, Aegean Region, Turkey. Two polarizations on a cleavage slab 0.052 mm thick.  The color of this material is due to Fe³⁺- Fe²⁺  intervalence charge transfer.
