Coquimbite Visible Spectra (400 - 1300 nm)

Coquimbite, Fe2(SO4)3·9H2O, contains an isolated, non-hydroxy-bridged ferric iron dimer in three distinct coordination environments: [Fe(OSO3)6];  [Fe(H2O)6];  Fe2(H2O)3(OSO3)3] and shows a fairly typical ferric iron spectrum.
