Hibonite Visible Spectra (300 - 1600 nm)

• GRR 1070 spectrum; from the Murchison meteorite, sample SH-7Hib2  0.073 mm thick. The blue color of this material comes from Ti³⁺-Ti⁴⁺ intervalance interactions based on the 4700 cm^-1 full width at half-height of the absorption band. Data Files: E perp c;  E||c.
